6Cover page must include: AYBU logo, faculty + department, "Summer Practice Report" title, and the student block (name, department, student ID, e-mail, phone).
7Auto-generated Table of Contents after the cover (1. DAILY REPORT, 2. GENERAL REPORT, with sub-sections).
8Daily report: one weekly table per page with columns DAYS · WORK ACCOMPLISHED · WORKING HOURS, five rows Mon–Fri, real dates. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
9Every weekly page must carry the company stamp and the controlling superior's signature (trainee signature + workplace name + supervisor name & title).
10General report sections in order: Introduction (Institution + Internship overview), Internship Description (Onboarding, Project 1..N, Additional Tasks), Conclusion, Appendices.
11Code, screenshots and diagrams belong in Appendices, captioned and referenced from the body.
12Cite any text or figure taken from books / web — pure copy-paste reports are rejected. Reports too similar to another student's are also rejected.

Student Drive — Resources

A shared Google Drive folder maintained by SENG students for SENG students. Lecture notes, past exams, project examples, cheat sheets, and study material across the curriculum — all in one place.

What's inside

Lecture notes
Organized per course code (SENG / MATH / PHYS / ENGR).
Past exams & quizzes
Midterms and finals from previous semesters when available.
Project examples
SENG401/402 graduation projects and course assignments.
Cheat sheets & summaries
Condensed study aids for finals week.

Drive access is open to all SENG students. If a file is missing, ask classmates or contribute your own — the folder grows with the community.

How to use it

  1. Click Open the Drive above (signs you into Google).
  2. Browse by course code or semester folder.
  3. Use File → Make a copy to save edits to your own Drive.
  4. Contributing: drop your notes/exams into the matching folder. Keep filenames descriptive (e.g. SENG305-Midterm-2024.pdf).

Student-maintained. Verify accuracy against official course material before using for exams.
